Gail Simmons is a trained culinary expert, food writer at Food & Wine, television personalty and regular judge on the television show “Top Chef”. Hailing from Canada, she worked her way up the ladder training with chef Daniel Boulud and food critic Jeffrey Steingartan at Vogue. Her first book, a memoir, titled “Talking With My Mouth Full,” is published by Hyperion. Gail is an active supporter of Common Threads, City Harvest and Hot Bread Kitchen amongst other causes.
